S&T Bancorp in Pennsylvania Adds Two to Board

S&T Bancorp (STBA) has added two directors to its board.

The $4.4 billion-asset company in Indiana, Pa., said Friday that it has named Fred Morelli Jr., a business advisor, and Frank Palermo Jr., a certified public accountant, directors.

The appointments will maintain the board at 15 members. The company announced recently that John Brenzia will leave the board in May at the end of his term while another director stepped down in December.

Morelli is the owner of Morelli Business Advisors and serves as vice president of finance for Consumers Produce in Pittsburgh. Palermo, who is an owner of Palermo/Kissinger & Associates in Washington, Pa., previously served as a director of Gateway Bank of Pennsylvania, which S&T acquired in August for roughly $19.5 million.

"Fred and Frank both bring a combination of impressive executive-level management skills and strong experience in the financial industry to our board," James Miller, S&T’s chairman, said in a press release.
