TD Retail Card Services, a Mahwah, N.J., private-label card unit of Toronto-Dominion Bank, has acquired a credit card program from Circuit City Stores Inc.'s InterTAN Canada Ltd.
The InterTAN card program is available at 775 corporate stores and dealers in Canada under the Source By Circuit City brand. Cardholders can use a variety of financing options, including deferred payments.
TD Retail Card Services announced the purchase Tuesday but did not give a price. It also said it plans to offer the first loyalty program for the InterTAN cards.
