Tech Bytes: B of A Exec to Advise Mass. Data Base Firm

The senior vice president of data base marketing at Bank of America has been appointed to the advisory board of Customer Analytics.

Christopher M. Kelly develops marketing strategies, data mining, and predictive modeling software for the bank.

The advisory board which he joins offers guidance on product development to Customer Analytics, which provides data base marketing applications to middle-tier financial institutions.

Mr. Kelly joined the BankAmerica Corp. subsidiary from Chemical Bank, now Chase Manhattan Corp., where he used statistical modeling, account management, and customer information management in data base marketing. He also worked in data base marketing at American Express Co.
