With the Extended Account Analysis software, First Union can see comprehensive views of its relationships with each of its 600,000 commercial clients, said Nina Archer, executive vice president at First Union. The Extended Account Analysis software provides detailed statements, trend information, and account balances. Rick Roy, a vice president at M&I, called the software's ability to manage standard and exception pricing scenarios for commercial customers its "key benefit."
