THE FEDERAL Reserve Bank of Boston Names Executives

THE FEDERAL Reserve Bank of Boston has three new directors on its nine- member board.

William C. Brainard, chairman of the department of economics and Arthur M. Okin professor of economics at Yale University, has been named Class C director and deputy chairman by the board of governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Jane C. Walsh, president of Northmark Bank in North Andover, Mass., was elected to a three-year term as a Class A director.

Edward Dugger 3d, president and chief executive officer of UNC Ventures in Boston, was elected to a three-year term as a Class B director.
