Triad Guaranty Insurance Corp. of Winston-Salem, N.C., promoted Lynn S. Hardy to vice president of quality assurance.

Ms. Hardy will manage the investigations of all early-payment defaults, oversee underwriting decisions through routine audits, and work with the structured-transaction group to perform due diligence on bulk deals.
Ms. Hardy has worked for Triad since October 1997. She was promoted from assistant vice president and quality assurance manager. The promotion was announced Wednesday.
