The $400,000 sale was announced last week.

TRM Multitech Services is owned by Philip Blouin, who used to be the chief operations manager for TRM Corp. He is also the owner and president of FPC Multitech Services.

In the past year TRM has shed several businesses as part of an effort to focus only on its U.S. ATM operation. In January it sold its U.S. photocopier business to Skyview Capital LLC, its Canadian ATM unit to Ezee ATM LP, and its European ATM operations to NoteMachine Ltd., a U.K. ATM operator owned by the private-equity group Rutland Partners LLP. In June of last year TRM sold its U.K. photocopier business to Digital 4 Convenience PLC.
