JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Fred M. Moses has been appointed president and chief operating officer of the Trust Company of New Jersey.

Mr. Moses will be in charge of a planned expansion of personnel and upgrading of the bank's technology. It has $2.5 billion of assets and 45 branches in eight counties. These briefs were compiled from staff and wire reports.
