Total System Services Inc. of Columbus, Ga., has agreed to offer its clients predictive analytic software from Austin Logistics Inc. to help them improve their collections.
The Austin vendor announced Tuesday that TSYS will offer issuers its ActionOptimizer software, which can evaluate individual accounts to determine the best approach for collecting from delinquent consumers.
Dale Daley, senior director of value-added products for TSYS, said in an Austin Logistics press release that the software will help issuers "collect more dollars, more efficiently, with little impact on customer satisfaction and minimal impact on their internal IT infrastructure or resources."
TSYS is majority owned by the bank holding company Synovus Financial Corp.
