Spectrem Group said its Millionaire Investor Index increased 11 points last month, to 14, returning to mildly bullish territory for the first time since July.
The gain, which the Chicago consulting firm announced Wednesday, was the third-largest ever for the index. It rose a record 13 points in November 2005 and 12 points in September of last year.
Spectrem also said that its Affluent Investor Index, which measures the investment outlook of households with $500,000 or more, rose 1 point, to zero, remaining in neutral territory, where it has been since June.
