U.S. Bancorp announced Wednesday that it had hired Anthony Vuoto as general manager of U.S. Bank's retail payment solutions division, which comprises consumer and small-business credit, debit, prepaid and specialty card businesses, as well as its retail payments innovation unit.
He succeeded Pat Coll, who retired in September. Vuoto, 58, was an executive of Washington Mutual, now owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was president of the card services division.
