USA Technologies Inc. announced two additions to its board of directors.
The Malvern, Pa., company, which makes card-payment hardware for vending machines, appointed Steve G. Illes and Frank A. Petito 3d to its board, filling two vacancies. The company's board now has eight members and one vacancy, which USA Technologies says it plans to fill soon.
Illes is co-founder of InTheraputics, which makes balloon catheters. As an investor he has financed several tech startups.
Petito is president of Orbitz for Business and has worked for Orbitz since 2002. He has also been an investment banker.
