HSA Bank, a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corp. of Waterbury, Conn., has hired Kevin Robertson as vice president of national sales.

Mr. Robertson has 12 years of experience in insurance and financial services as an agency owner and managing general agent. As a district sales manager for Farmers Insurance Group, his previous employer, Mr. Robertson managed 25 agents throughout southeast Wisconsin.
HSA Bank was one of the first financial institutions to offer health savings accounts nationally. Last year Kiplinger's Personal Finance named it the best health savings account provider.
The hiring was announced Thursday.
