Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc. announced it has bought Char Clark Associates Inc. of Spokane.
Char Clark provides group and individual health, life, disability, dental, and vision insurance, with a focus on employee and executive benefits.
Charlaine Char Clark, the agency's president, and her team will move to the Wells Fargo & Co. unit's Spokane office.
Wells Fargo, which is based in San Francisco, has 4,300 employees, 147 retail bank branches, and five insurance brokerage offices in the state of Washington.
The insurance unit announced the Char Clark acquisition last week. The price was not disclosed.
