Westbury Bancorp (WBB) in West Bend, Wis., has appointed Greg Remus chief operating officer.
Remus, 44, will also continue to serve in his current position as senior vice president of lending, the company said Friday.
Before joining the $550 million-asset Westbury in 2009, Remus was vice president of commercial real estate for M&I Bank and vice president of commercial lending at ISB Community Bank.
"This appointment will allow me to continue my focus on long-term strategic matters and capital management strategies of the bank and the company for the next several years while [Remus] will be responsible for all day-to-day commercial and retail banking functions such as lending, deposit gathering and wealth management functions," Westbury Chief Executive Ray Lipman said in a press release.
