But we´re figuring this morning Mr. Geithner is wishing he´d tried not quite so hard to seem so in lockstep with Mr. Summers.
Rather than point to his ultimate boss, President Obama, or even the sheer challenge of fixing the economy, Mr. Geithner gave credit for his taking the job to Mr. Summers.
"I don´t think I would have done this without Larry in that job at this time," Mr. Geithner told the Post.
