The United States Attorneys Office has indicted three Ukrainian nationals for allegedly stealing $2 million from Citibank cardholder accounts by withdrawing the money from Citibank ATMs. The indictment says Yuriy Rakushchynets, Ivan Biltse and Angela Kitaeva used stolen card information to withdraw the money. The thefts occurred between October 2007 and March 4, 2008, according to a copy of the indictment received by ATM&Debit News, a CardLine sister publication.
