Allied, Tyfone partner to deliver faster bill payments for small banks, businesses

Allied Payment Network is linking its real-time digital payment solutions to the digital banking platform of Tyfone for community banks and small businesses.

Consumers and small businesses using Tyfone's digital banking service can move funds immediately through Allied's one-click bill payment, a real-time movement of funds from a bank account to a biller or individual.

"Taking payments to the next level with our real-time core collection and payment processing allows financial institutions to build engagement, which is vital to longevity in this highly competitive marketplace," Ralph Marcucilli, founder and CEO of Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Allied, said in a Wednesday press release.

Tyfone's clients will have access to Allied's full digital payment service, including the mobile app PicturePay, FlexPay bill payments with e-bills, as well as account-to-account or P2P transfers, small-business payments and loan payments from external lenders.
