Users of Cardtronics Inc.'s surcharge-free Allpoint Network can now use ATMs at 7-Eleven Inc. convenience stores free of charge. Cardtronics, which bought 7-Eleven's ATM and Vcom multifunctional kiosk network last year, said last week it had connected the more than 5,500 machines to Allpoint, which now has more than 35,000 machines in merchant sites nationwide. "The addition of 7-Eleven demonstrates Allpoint's commitment to enhancing value for the member institution and convenience for the cardholder," Ben Psillas, Allpoint founder and president, said in a press release.
