American Express Co., the largest credit-card issuer by purchases, said it will cut 45 jobs in its enterprise growth unit next year as part of a reorganization.
The reductions will take place between Feb. 19 and May 13, Amex said in a so-called WARN notice dated Nov. 20 and filed with the New York Department of Labor.
Marina Norville, a spokeswoman for the New York-based lender, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
