Arizona And Chase Renew Electronic Benefits Card Contract

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has renewed its agreement with the Arizona Department of Economic Security to distribute a prepaid debit card to state residents for food stamps, cash assistance and other government-funded programs, Chase announced last week. JP Morgan Treasury Services issues the Arizona Quest, an electronic benefits transfer card, to more than 250,000 Arizona households. New York-based Chase has issued the Arizona Quest Card for more than 10 years. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Chase issues EBT cards for 28 states and the District of Columbia.
