Chicago-based Harris Bank has renewed its membership in the NYCE Network and named NYCE as primary provider of ATM and PIN-debit access for Harris customers, NYCE Payments Network LLC, a Metavante Corp. company, announced today.

Stored Value Solutions Inc., a prepaid card provider based in Louisville, Ky., has hired Ralph Rolen as executive vice president and general manager. Rolen previously was chief operating executive for Total Merchant Services Inc., a processor and independent sales organization based in Basalt, Colo.
