Frontier Bank, based in Everett, Wash., has joined the MoneyPass surcharge-free ATM network, both companies announced yesterday. MoneyPass operates 16,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide and nearly 1,000 in the state of Washington.

Way Systems and Transaction Network Services have added PIN-debit capabilities to mobile merchants that use Way System terminals and Transaction Network Services' Synapse wireless payment gateway.

Largo, Md.-based credit union Money One FCU has converted the processing of its card portfolio to TNB Card Services.
