Bling Nation, which provides mobile-payment services at merchant points of sale and payment-network services for community banks, is partnering with Viaero Wireless, a wireless-network provider, to provide mobile payments to consumers in La Junta, Colo. Viaero is providing SIM cards for Bling's BlingTag merchant mobile-transaction readers, and Bling is sending consumer transactions over Viaero's wireless network.

Transaction-equipment provider JR's POS Depot is reselling Hypercom Corp.'s Optimum M4230 mobile-payment terminal, according to Hypercom.
