Transaction Network Services Inc. says Worsley Operating Corp., a Wilmington, N.C.-based convenience-store company, is converting 88 newly acquired Lil Cricket convenience stores to use TNS's FusionPoint point-of-sale product that enables dial-up POS terminals to use a broadband connection. TNS says Worsley already uses FusionPoint at the chain's 122 other stores in North and South Carolina.
