Camden National Bank has agreed to use Pulse Network LLC to carry some of its PIN debit and automated teller machine transactions.

Pulse, a Houston unit of Discover Financial Services, announced the agreement Tuesday and said it had signed up more than 100 financial company customers in the first half of its fiscal year, which ended May 31. The network said that 28% of those new customers have been in the Northeast.
The Camden, Maine, retail banking unit of Camden National Corp. in Bangor, Maine, has 37 branches in the state and assets of $2.3 billion.
