Central Finance Co. Ltd. says it has launched its own ATM network in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lanka-based financial-services firm already operates an ATM network with local banks that reportedly includes some 300 machines. The bank did not say how many ATMs the new network would include. The previous network started operations in 2006, Central Finance says. The company says consumers using ATMs in the new network can withdraw up to 40,000 Sri Lankan rupees (US$362 or 280 euros) per day.
