Citibank has launched an English-language version of its mobile-banking service in South Korea, a spokesperson for the United States-based financial institution tells CardLine Global. To use the service, customers install a program on their mobile phones that enables them to make inquiries about their credit card and other accounts and to make funds transfers. The service initially is available to consumers with mobile service from South Korean telecommunications firms SK Telecom and KTF, the spokesperson says.
