Co-op Financial Services, operator of one of the nation’s largest surcharge-free ATM network for credit unions with more than 28,000 machines, last week named Bruce Fielder regional sales manager for credit-union ATM services.

Fielder will be responsible for sales and business development, Ritch Ellis, Co-op vice president of sales, said in a statement. Fielder, who will work out of Amarillo, Texas, joins Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based Co-op from Elan Financial Services, a unit of Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp, where he was vice president of sales.
