Over the past year, more than 1,000 credit unions that are members of Co-op Financial Services have signed up to use Transaction Network Services' TNSLink to create a high-speed data connection for their ATMs. TNSLink, which Co-op Financial brands Co-op Connect, enables ATM owners to utilize the latest telecommunications technologies for high-speed data delivery without replacing legacy processing systems, Reston, Va.-based Transaction Network Services said this week. Transaction Network Services created and implemented a variety of configurations of TNSLink services that are compatible for all of Co-op's member credit unions, the company says. TNSLink also supports check imaging, kiosk transaction processing and remote graphics distribution. Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based Co-op Financial operates a network of 28,000 surcharge-free ATMs for credit-union members, including 9,000 machines that accept deposits.
