Technology and applications platform Envestnet | Yodlee has partnered with white-label app provider Magpie on a full-service platform.
The companies are working together on Magpie’s Account Tracker and integration with the Smart Wallet Bundle app.
Smart Wallet Bundle provides Magpie customers with access to their bank accounts. The app also allows users to signal if their wallet or bank cards are lost or stolen.
Magpie’s Account Tracker, which is powered by Envestnet | Yodlee’s data network and Aggregation API, lets users monitor and view their different bank accounts from a single location, without requiring they log into each banking site individually.
The companies have been developing the products for nine months.
“We’re extremely thrilled to have been able to partner with Envestnet | Yodlee in order to create our extremely simple yet powerful Account Tracker,” Magpie chief executive Stephen Kennedy said in a Jan. 6 news release.
“We are positive that our Smart Wallet Bundle app along with the security of our Account Tracker will help countless customers with their financial management,” he said, adding that the company has also made recent partnerships in Mexico and India and plans to launch in China.
