Payment Solutions unit revenue declined 1.9%, to $600.6 million from $612.2 million. Growth in the unit was offset by lower item processing and retail check activity, FIS noted in its earnings release.

Financial Solutions revenue increased by 10.5%, to $485.4 million from $493.3 million, driven by growth in professional services, software-license sales and account-processing revenue, FIS said.

International Solutions revenue totaled $199.4 million, up 2.3% from $194.9 million, as payment volumes in Brazil and Asia Pacific grew, the company said.
