Flock Advisors, an Atlanta-based M&A advisory company, has hired Damon Edmondson as the firm's new chief of analytics.
In this role, Edmondson will lead the portfolio underwriting activities associated with financing of middle-market debt-buyer clients of the Falcon Fund. He also will participate in M&A engagements involving the purchase, sale or recapitalization of debt buyers.
Edmondson has more than 13 years of relevant industry experience, most recently serving as the senior vice president – Analytics at Erin Capital. His experience also includes 10 years at OSI where he attained the position of senior vice president – Portfolio Administration.
Flock Advisors supports companies in the collections, debt buying and outsourcing industries. The firm owns the Falcon Fund which provides portfolio financing to debt buyers spending between $1 and $10 million annually.
