Flywire is partnering with True North to allow Canadian educational institutions to better manage payments from international students by integrating them with application, enrollment and accounts receivable processes.
The Canadian companies expect their services to help school districts improve recruiting and support of international students, while taking complexities out of cross-border payments.
True North provides online systems for information management, tracking, collaboration and reporting for international student programs. Flywire offers flexible payment options to students in more than 240 countries backed by multilingual support.
“By enhancing student activity visibility from the time of application through enrollment and payment, we help eliminate the manual effort typically required on the part of the schools,” Sharon Butler, executive vice president of global education at Flywire, said in a Thursday press release.
“At the same time, we provide a seamless payment experience for student families that enables them to put more focus on ensuring a smooth transition for their students,” Butler added.
