Mobile payments company Fortumo is adding technology that allows Chinese software developers to expand overseas.
Called Fortumo Expand, the program is free and is open to any Android, Windows Phone or Windows 8 developer in China.
Fortumo provides a mobile payments system that's accessible in 80 countries, and the company is also adding free testing for a developer's first app; bi-monthly reports on the fastest growing markets for mobile payments, including data on payment behavior and strategies for each market; help in publishing Android apps in various app stores; promotion support; and free advertising for Windows developers.
