HyperWallet Launches B2C Payments in Nigeria

HyperWallet Systems Inc. now offers companies in Nigeria the ability to send funds to consumers via direct-to-bank money transfers and reloadable prepaid debit cards.

HyperWallet's offering delivers funds to Nigerian bank accounts within two business days and supports multiple currencies, the company said in an Aug. 13 press release.

"As a mixed economy and emerging market, Nigeria’s continued growth presents global corporates with new business and payment opportunities," said Mike Monty, senior vice president of sales and financial networks at hyperWallet, in the release. "We're pleased to be able to offer organizations a fast, compliant and seamless way to pay individuals in Nigeria."

HyperWallet has also been expanding its global financial network to regions such as India
