Iberiabank Corp. is consolidating various outsourced debit card processing functions with services from Fiserv Inc., the Brookfield, Wis.-based vendor announced March 7.
The $10.6 billion-asset banking company will use Fiserv’s services for handling charge-backs, ATM transactions, analytics and other functions, according to Fiserv. In addition, Iberiabank will use Fiserv’s Accel/Exchange network as its PIN-debit provider.
“We were looking for a solution to drive revenue and customer loyalty with debit card customers,” Don Ledet, executive vice president of the Lafayette, La.-based banking company, said in a press release.
