Stanton will work with Michael Patterson and Paul Marsolan, the founders of the London-based company that identifies and minimizes digital risk and fraud for U.S. and U.K. banks and retailers. In her new role, Stanton will be responsible for InAuth's growth and expansion plans in the U.S. and Europe.

Stanton was previously the president of the Americas for Monitise.

"Lisa brings the experience of growing an innovative company from the ground-up to become an international leader, plus years of financial services and payments expertise that perfectly complements where Paul and I see our near-term growth," Patterson said in a Dec. 9 press release.
