Dynamic Card Solutions LLC, whose CardWizard system enables issuers to create credit and debit cards instantly, says the product is helping clients respond to the data breach Heartland Payment Systems Inc. disclosed last month. Princeton, N.J.-based Heartland says hackers gained access to its servers last year. Dynamic Card Solutions, the Englewood, Colo.-based unit of Dynamic Solutions International, said last week that 60% of the 948 cards Austin, Texas-based United Heritage Credit Union replaced were reissued instantly at its branch using the software. The credit union also offers to reissue cards by mail, which can take seven to 10 business days. "Because United Heritage has the capability to reissue cards instantly, we have experienced a very positive response from our members," Michael Ver Schuur, the credit union's executive vice president and chief financial officer, said in a release Dynamic Card Solutions issued.
