Diebold, of North Canton, Ohio, said Monday that it is also supplying its Agilis ATM management software to the Cleveland banking company, which is a longtime customer. The software enables KeyCorp to troubleshoot malfunctioning ATMs remotely and deliver customized marketing messages on their screens.

The bank is using a mix of Diebold's Opteva 500-series machines, which include stand-alone lobby units and walk-up cash dispensers, and the 700-series of advanced-function interior and exterior models.
