Merchant e-Solutions Inc. is rolling out a suite of mobile-payment applications on its new PayEverywhere platform, the company announced May 5
The applications, designed for Apple Inc.’s iPhones and iPads, phones that use Google Inc’s Android operating system, and Research In Motion Ltd.’s Blackberry devices, offer mobile merchants a secure way to accept cards when swiped or entered on keypads, the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based provider of payments processing services noted in a press release.
Merchants may use the product to review card activity in a transaction log, check batch totals and settle batches, the release notes.
Features also include e-mail receipts, tip processing, connectivity with Bluetooth printers and card readers, and the ability to create customer records and recurring billing records, according to the release.
