Nautilus Hyosung Inc. has named Charles Jung Sr., a former IBM Corp. executive, as president and CEO of Nautilus Hyosung America Inc., the ATM maker’s U.S.-based subsidiary. Jung replaces Chan Park, who returned to the parent’s world headquarters in Seoul, South Korean.
Jung will be responsible for the Coppell, Texas-based business in North America and South America. He joined Nautilus Hyosung Inc. in 2008 as a senior executive advisor and member of its senior executive team. At Armonk, N.Y.-based IBM, Jung spent 17 years in sales, marketing and product development.
Park was Nautilus Hyosung America’s top executive since January 2007. During his tenure, Nautilus Hysoung became the largest U.S. off-premise ATM manufacturer based on annual shipments. The company in 2008 shipped 21,960 ATMs in the Americas. Nautilus Hyosung’s 2009 ATM shipments were not immediately available.
