Payvision Expands to Canada with Home Trust Partnership

Payvision has launched its global payment network in Canada through a partnership with Home Trust, a bank based in Toronto.

Under an agreement announced Dec. 2, Payvision will offer currency processing and cross-border commerce services to Home Trust's clients. Payvision will also enable integration with online merchants in Canada.

"The Canadian market is an online-savvy marketplace that requires tier-one processing solutions," said Rudolf Booker, Payvision's founder and chief executive, in a press release. "Being in Canada provides us with a tremendous opportunity to build on our mission of connecting our cultures through cross-border commerce."

Payvision is headquartered in Amsterdam and operates in 40 countries.
