U.S. residents will be able to make and receive payments with Payza users from other countries in more than 20 local currencies.

The eWallet is integrated with major banking systems such as EFT and ACH, and supports credit card deposits and withdrawals. Businesses can use the Mass Pay feature to pay freelancers and international contractors. The platform also offers a recurring billing service for merchants and a fraud-monitoring service.

The Payza platform is compatible with various shopping carts including ZenCart, OSCommerce, WHMC, and OpenCart. Payza is currently used by over 10 million people worldwide as well as 75,000 merchants, so its services open new opportunities for U.S. residents, says Firoz Patel, EVP of strategic partnerships and global brand services, in a July 2 press release.

"This is another major step in extending a full set of products and services to both developed and developing countries," Patel says.
