PSCU Financial Services today announced it has signed a 10-year agreement with Baxter Credit Union in Vernon Hills, Ill. St. Petersburg, Fla.-based PSCU will process Baxter's signature and PIN debit cards as well as its credit cards. Baxter has 117,000 PIN debit accounts, 81,000 signature debit accounts and 50,000 credit card accounts, both companies say. Baxter Credit Union serves more than 142,000 members in United States and Puerto Rico. PSCU is one of the nation's largest credit union service organizations, serving more than 1,100 financial institutions.
