Banque Saudi Fransi, a Saudi Arabia-based bank, says it has doubled its number of self-service bank branches following the completion of a pilot involving three branches in Riyadh, the kingdom's capital. Banque Saudi Fransi has opened three additional self-service branches throughout the kingdom. The branches feature NCR Corp.'s Selfserv Series 22 and 32 multifunctional ATMs, an NCR Selfserv Series check-deposit terminal, NCR financial kiosks, and a telephone that connects the caller to the bank's customer-service center. Bank customers can use the kiosks to pay bills, make international funds transfers, withdraw cash and receive credit card cash advances. Banque Saudi Fransi opened the self-service branches, which it calls the "Fransi Connection," in shopping centers and business districts.
