Security Service Federal Credit Union has signed with VSoft Corp. to implement the company’s back counter capture and ATM remote deposit capture services to decrease response times and improve employee and member experiences.
The $6-billion, San Antonio-based credit union also selected VSoft's image exchange service and its application for image-enabled returns. VSoft said its framework positions Security Service to easily and quickly implement additional teller and remote deposit capture services.
VSoft said its remote deposit capture initiatives capture high-volume deposits and automatically correct and balance workflows, improving accuracy and reducing teller workload.
