Several Executive Hirings Announced At Ontario Systems

Ontario Systems, based in Muncie, Ind., has announced several key leadership hirings, including two vice presidents and two new directors.

Dave Pedersen is the new senior vice president of operations, and will assume all development responsibilities for Ontario Systems’ products and services. He has more than 20 years experience leading enterprise software development organizations, including co-founding two businesses. Pederson joins Ontario Systems after most recently serving as group vice president and general manager of LexisNexis’ insurance software division.

Jill Lehman joins the company from Hill-Rom, a medical technology business. Lehman is a certified senior professional in human resources and will take up her post as vice president and chief people officer.

Jason Harrington, an Ontario Systems veteran, returns to the company as the senior director of strategy and business development, with responsibilities that include handling the market and product strategy and execution related to the firm's integrated products portfolio - such as contact management, data services and partner integration, portal technologies and business intelligence offerings.

Mary Maloney will serve as director of marketing and will lead brand equity, marketing communications and other initiatives across all products and vertical markets. Maloney, a 20-year marketing veteran, has health care, ad agency and software experience, including previously working at Intuit/Numara Software.
