Trub AG has won a contract to make debit cards for the banking arm of Swiss Post, Switzerland's postal service. In a statement, Switzerland-based Trub says the contract includes the integration of chips that conform to the global EMV antifraud standard for smart cards, along with card personalization and the mailing of PINs to cardholders. Immediate comment from Trub was unavailable. Swiss Post, through its PostFinance banking arm, issues more EMV debit cards than other financial institutions in Switzerland, Trub said.
