TSYS Uses LinkedIn To Generate Leads, Nurture Prospects

Sales representatives are using LinkedIn, a business-oriented social medium, to generate leads and nurture prospects for TSYS Merchant Solutions LLC, says Diana Mehochko, president of the Columbus, Ga.-based processor.

TSYS Merchant Solutions, a subsidiary of Total System Services Inc., or TSYS, recently promoted a career fair and advertised prepaid products on LinkedIn, Mehochko says.

TSYS also hosts a LinkedIn group for its publication N>genuity magazine, she says.

“Our team has been researching social media,” says Mehochko. “We are looking into the best options for promoting our company through social media and also researching the ways our customers are utilizing social media to drive business and communicate with their customers.”
